Domestic Delivery

Our orders are delivered via Australia Post. When placing your order, please choose a suitable shipping address as all our courier services require a signature upon delivery of all parcels.

International Delivery

We do not ship internationally.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on dimensions, cubic weight and delivery postcode. We do not charge for handling.

Free Delivery for Orders Over $100

If you order over $100 dollars of our product we will waive the postage fee anywhere in Australia.

Ordering Process

Items are shipped once the item is confirmed, payment is approved, and all registration fields (including full billing/shipping address, email address, contact phone number) are verified and submitted.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2-3 full business days. Delivery times may vary according to the location of your shipping address if not in a metropolitan area.

Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia.

Item Availability

Items presented online are available at the time of posting. We make every effort to accurately display correct quantities but due to unforeseen circumstances some items may not be available at time of purchase. A staff member will contact you directly via phone and/or email to advise if there are any complications with stock availability.

Please note that if an item is not in stock, you will be notified within 48 hours and delivery will be delayed.

Reasons for Order Delays

  • Incorrect address or address with no-one to sign for parcel.
  • Incorrect debit/credit card information: please double-check all details at time of order.
  • Personal detail confirmation for fraud prevention: sometimes we will require personal detail verification before dispatching orders to protect the card holder. This may delay shipping.
  • Occasionally, if a particular product is in high demand, we will need to re-order from our suppliers.
